Help signing in to My Account

If you're having problems signing in to My Account, you may need to create a new account or reset your password.

You might need to create a new account

You might need to create a new account if you:

  • haven't already already created an account 
  • have forgotten which email address you previously used
  • can't access the email address you used before

Create a new account 

You might need to reset your password

You might need to reset your password if you:

  • have forgotten your My Account password
  • haven't signed in for a while – this is because we've recently made your account more secure and need you to reset your password

To reset your password, follow these 3 steps.

  1. Go to My Account and click 'Forgot your password' to start.

  2. Request a verification code and it'll be emailed to you. Once you have it, enter the code into the password reset screen. 

  3. Set a new password to sign back in to My Account.
