Engagement activities
Initial conversations with representatives from Resident Associations during October have been useful in gaining valuable information about the local settings, on-going concerns and how they wish to be involved.
Drop-in sessions
We will be hosting engagement drop-in sessions In November and early December. They are your opportunity to have a conversation with council officers and to give your views and ideas.
The sessions will have information boards and maps of the area on display to present information we have collected and analysed. This will help to inform your discussions at the sessions and enable you to discuss ideas with your neighbours.
To publicise these events the Resident associations have agreed to circulate the key dates to their wider network and post it on their websites.

Further drop-in sessions will be run from July 2024 to display the agreed outcomes of the consultation.
Co-design sessions
The sessions will be spaces where residents from the neighbourhood can meet to highlight current traffic problems and identify solutions with the help of council officers and technical consultants appointed by the council.
We will work with all Resident Associations to ensure we have representations across the whole neighbourhood and with adjoining neighbourhoods. These will be also publicised by all Resident Associations through their network and posted on their websites. Nearer the time we will publicise the venues for the co-design workshops.
These sessions will have a set number of representatives to make it manageable.
