From 14 January, we are resuming our garden waste collection service, with a reduced workforce due to Covid-19. If you have subscribed to the service and missed a collection, we will pick up any extra garden waste on your next collection date
Report a missed bin collection
You can report your missed bin collection within 2 working days, starting at 10pm on the day of the collection.
If we missed your collection by mistake
We will reschedule your collection within two working days.
You should check your collection day before you make your report.
We will not return if the collection was not our mistake, for example if your bin:
- was not left for collection at the front of your property
- contained waste that should be in a different bin
- was over-filled, preventing the lid from closing
In these cases we will put a tag on your bin to explain why it was not collected. The reason it was not collected will be shown in My Account. You will have to wait for your next collection.
