Book appointments to see a planning officer to discuss a planning application.
How to pay your fee
Before you try to make a payment, please wait until we have logged your pre-application, so your unique reference number can be created. Once we have logged your pre-application, a letter will be emailed to you (or posted to you if applicable) requesting the fee payment.
Pay by phone
Please call 0208 726 6800, press Option 1 for planning and then Option 5 to speak to the contact centre advisors who can take your payment.
When you call, you will need to have your pre-application invalidity letter. This will have your pre-application reference number and how much you need to pay.
Please note: you cannot make the fee payment without this information.
Pay by cheque
Please attach a cheque to your application form and make it payable to Croydon Council.
