Dipsley's Shaw, South Croydon

Permitted development allowances have been removed for the stationing of caravans on not more than 28 days in total in any calendar year, except those used by travelling showmen in the course of their business.

This Article 4 Direction was prepared by Tandridge District Council, but some of the land to which it relates now falls within the boundary of the London Borough of Croydon. It relates to open land to the rear of Wentworth Way, South Croydon. The following permitted development allowances have been removed:

The use of land for the stationing of caravans on not more than 28 days in total in any calendar year, except in the case of caravans used by travelling showmen in the course of their business.

The Article 4 Direction was registered by Tandridge District Council on 17 December 1982 and remains in force, notwithstanding that part of the land now lies within the London Borough of Croydon.
