All zone permits

An all zone permit will let the holder park in most council car parks, as well as any bay in Croydon marked as "pay and display" or "permit holders".

Where you can park with an all zone permit

The all zone on-street permit allows users to park in any bay within the borough marked as "pay and display" or "permit holders", and within any of the following council operated car parks:

  • Belgrave Road
  • Clifford Road
  • Factory Lane
  • Garnet Road
  • Granville Gardens
  • Jubilee Bridge
  • Lloyds Park
  • New Addington
  • New Addington Swimming Pool
  • Purley multi-storey car park
  • Reedham Station
  • Russell Hill Place
  • Sanderstead
  • Spice's Yard
  • Wandle Road surface car park
  • West Croydon

You can not park in:

  • pay and display only bays
  • resident only bays
  • business only bays
  • doctor's bays
  • disabled bays
  • ambulance bays
  • taxi ranks

All zone permit costs

You can apply for a 6-month or annual permit.

There is an additional charge of £33 per diesel vehicle registered before September 2015.

New applications will need to pay a £33 admin fee.

Apply for an all zone permit

Apply for an all zone permit

Please set your permit start date to at least 5 days in advance of when you submit, so your permit starts when you receive it. We cannot change the start date once you submit your application.

It is the permit holder's responsibility to ensure they renew their permit in good time.

For online renewals, your application must be received at least 7 days before the expiry of a current permit. Any renewal application for an expired permit will be treated as a new application and incur a £33 administration fee.
